2024 – 2025 ICDC Important Dates

February 15, 2025: Collegiate DECA Membership Submissions + Dues Deadline for ICDC Competitions
March 3, 2025: Executive Officer Candidate Applications Due
March 7, 2025: Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations Due to DECA Inc.
Conference Registration $145 per attendee
Rooms: $259 per room per night (single, double, triple, quad) plus tax—currently 16.25% + 73 cents
Upon acceptance of the registration, DECA will invoice advisors for the total balance of their chapter’s registration and hotel costs. Payment in full must be received at DECA by April 1. Please do not send registration forms or money to the hotel.
March 10-19, 2025: ICDC-Qualifying Prepared Event Submissions Due
March 17-18, 2025: Online Testing for Competitive Events
March 28, 2025: Deadline for Registration Changes
April 1, 2025: Deadline for payment in full to be received by DECA
April 5, 2025: Deadline for Registration Refunds
April 5-8, 2025: Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference
